Language Assistance, Accessibility, and Alternative Formats
For Viva Health members and customers with disabilities or limited English proficiency (LEP) who require reasonable modifications, we provide the following free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to help you communicate effectively with us:
- Over-the-phone interpretation available in over 170 languages
- Video interpretation available in five (5) languages from a smartphone or computer
- Qualified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters (in person or via video)
- Teletype (TTY) services
- Written materials in alternate formats including large print, audio, braille, and accessible PDF
- Information written in other languages
