Are you Medicare and Medicaid?

What is a Special Needs Plan (SNP)?

A Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan (SNP) is a type of Medicare Advantage plan that’s designed to meet the unique needs of certain groups of people.

While all Medicare Advantage plans cover hospital and medical care, SNPs go a step further by tailoring their benefits, provider networks, and care management to fit specific needs.

Viva Medicare offers Dual Eligible SNP for people who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid.

This plan includes extra support, like $0 copay benefits, grocery benefits, and higher allowances.

Do I qualify for Extra Help or a Medicare Savings Program?

Depending on your income and resources, you may qualify for Extra Help with prescription drug costs and/or government programs that help pay your Medicare Part B premium and medical costs. Viva Medicare's representatives can help you apply for these programs.
